About the Event Center
Located on the waterfront in downtown Mobile, the beautiful, state-of-the-art Arthur R. Outlaw Mobile Convention Center has become one of the premier convention facilities in the nation. Winner of numerous architectural awards, the Mobile Convention Center takes full advantage of its superb waterfront setting. The Center's exterior incorporates outdoor terraces, river walks, and expansive riverfront windows, affording magnificent views of the Mobile River.
The Exhibit Hall Level provides two 50,000 sq. ft. exhibit halls, six meeting rooms (13,000 sq. ft.), and an outdoor/river terrace area (20,000 sq. ft.).
The Concourse Level provides two ballrooms (7,500 sq. ft. each), ten meeting rooms, a pre-function area (39,000 sq. ft.), and an outdoor/river terrace area (25,000 sq. ft.).
Connection to the Riverview Plaza Hotel is provide via skybridge.
Conference Attendees
Each participant will be responsible for making their own room reservations at the Renaissance Mobile Riverview Plaza Hotel and can do so by using the Reservations link below. A limited number of rooms are available at the conference rate. The hotel will guarantee the special rates until July 22, 2022. Any reservations after this date will be based on availability and market price, so do not delay.
Government Attendees
A reduced government rate of $96.00 per night (plus tax) for standard room accommodations has been secured for government attendees and can be obtained from the reservations link Here. Please select only the nights you will need.
